Our yoga and X-fit programs are dedicated to honor, celebrate and inspire girls to greet their world with confidence. Our highly trained instructions bring in just the right balance of flexibility, strength and zen. They will focus on exercises that benefit every movement needed to get to the next level. Additionally, we focus on drills that develop critical thinking and reasoning skills and we discuss healthy lifestyle practices that will last a lifetime.
Knowing how to create a healthy lifestyle off the court & field is just as important as trying your best on it. Our goal is simple, to help our campers build inner strength & flexibility with laughter and a sense of community.
NEW our fencing program introduces new techniques that will further their understanding of the sport including proper training exercises to increase fitness levels, flexibility and overall health
