With day 3 approaching, the Next Level Day Camp came to the Ursuline School with thoughts that there would be a rainy day schedule. However, the sun shined through and yet another successful day of camp was held!
The day was filled with a variety of special events: Capture the Flag, Potato Sack Race, Three Legged Soccer, and Keep it Up, our regular sporting, academic, and artistic activities. During the day, sports such as soccer and lacrosse focused on the concept of shooting. Other sports like field hockey spent the day scrimmaging and developing new skills. In yoga the girls learned new skills such as breathing techniques and balancing properly. For the past two days, cooking and baking has become one of the most popular electives in the camp. The class included chocolate molding and s’mores making, leaving the girls with satisfied minds and stomachs!
The STEM crew is also putting together some amazing stuff!
Wacky Wednesday was filled with great amounts of girls showing their wacky sides. Crazy socks, crazy hair-dos, and crazy accessories surrounded the camp. Wacky Wednesday was a success!
Next Level Day Camp had yet another outstanding day and we can’t wait to continue the trend throughout the week!
